The arrival of new bullnosing and grooving machinery has led to a 500% increase in requests for step fabrication incorporating slip reduction treatments at Aquacut.
Having prefabricated steps and/or step cladding saves clients time and money because the whole step is laid in one go which means that a whole flight can be completed in the shortest possible time (just remember it’s easier if you work from top to bottom!)
Steps of any size can be made from clients materials – the edges bullnosed and grooves cut along the length of the step treads – grooves can be filled with aluminium, steel or brass bar or with k-grip or just left empty to create steps conforming to building safety requirements.
